PIAPRO and the development team for SEGA’s upcoming Project MMT game are holding a new contest
to solicit artwork to be included in the game. Winners, in addition to
having their art included, will also receive prizes from SEGA as well.
Artwork must be uploaded on PIAPRO with specific locked tags before the
deadline in order to qualify.
More specifically,
PIAPRO and SEGA are requesting artwork in three categories: school
attire, yukata and loading screen images. For the first category, one
simply has to draw a Crypton VOCALOID character in clothing appropriate
for school, which can also be clothes that teachers would wear or gym
uniforms. The artwork has to be submitted on PIAPRO and locked with a
“ＳＥＧＡ０３コラボＡ” tag. The deadline is set for 10:00am (Japan time) on
February 13 to allow ample time for young ladies in love to prepare for
Valentine’s Day.
The winner will have his/her design converted into 3D to be used in
the game. For the yukata category, the participant would have to color
in/draw a design on the provided template
on the details page and submit using a locked tag “ＳＥＧＡ０３コラボＢ” by
10:00am February 27. For the saving/loading screen category, art must
be drawn over the template provided
and uploaded to PIAPRO with the locked tag “ＳＥＧＡ０３コラボＣ” by 10:00am
April 2. The system text for these screens will be added by the game
engine, so entries should not contain any text of that sort. A minimal
1920×1080 resolution is required and the winner will need to provide a
.PSD (Photoshop) format file.
